Christina Fabian
Christina started out her legal career almost thirty (30) years ago working for a commercial real estate litigation firm whose clientele consisted of property management companies and large scale real estate owners/developers. In addition to being an attorney licensed in the States of Georgia, Connecticut and New York, Christina is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Georgia. This dual expertise gives our clients a great advantage that no other brokerage or management company can offer.
She started the management company in 2008 as a natural extension of her legal practice (The Fabian Law Firm) representing developers, builders, owner associations and office parks. Christina put together a team of site managers, contractors, vendors, accounting and administrative personnel that expertly manage many different types of developments including office parks, townhomes, condominiums, single family subdivisions and mixed-use developments. This powerful combination of talent greatly benefits the clients we service.
Kent Tagge
Kent assists clients with the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, including a specialty in NPL’s, REO, and distressed assets. Kent provides end-to-end solutions for managing and maximizing recoveries on special assets. His expertise encompasses thorough on-site inspections and market analysis, full-service/interim property management services—including preservation, maintenance, and tenant coordination—and strategic marketing and disposition services to achieve the highest possible recoveries.
His advisory focuses on maximizing client returns by identifying value-add opportunities early, minimizing holding costs and risks, and employing data-driven pricing and marketing tactics tailored to each asset.
